IV-E Record

• The Initial and Ongoing IV-E eligibility records must be completed prior to submitting the invoice. For some reason, the Reasonable Efforts requirement is being pulled into the IV-E Ongoing Eligibility. Since that still needs to be completed, it will state that the participant is not IV-E Eligible. This is incorrect, and it should not pull in information to complete the "Reasonable Efforts" record. ODCY and SACWIS are aware of the issue and are working on it.
